I created Eri’s to make authentic Asian food more accessible to those who have gluten sensitivities without having to worry about contamination, especially for celiacs who have no choice.

Food is traditionally the first and foremost form of communion in many Asian cultures. Hang outs, birthday parties, and even business deals are all made over food. Enjoying a meal together creates a shared experience for everyone around the table to bond over. When we weren’t fretting over what that one gluten-free friend could and couldn’t eat at the table, everyone enjoys the shared experience of eating gluten-free together- especially when it tastes just as good as its gluten alternative.

Chinese restaurants and grocery stores are not as well-versed in gluten-free and other food sensitivities so we want to show them that there’s a section of the market that needs these options!

We take pride in crafting gluten-free food that is irresistibly delicious and tastefully authentic :)
